CA JAY PAREKH Verified

CA Jay Parekh is a Co-Founder of Privi Realtors, bringing the rigour of a distinguished chartered accountancy career to the firm’s luxury real estate advisory practice.

He secured All India Rank 40 in the CA Final examinations, a distinction that placed him among the top candidates nationally and set the tone for a career defined by professional excellence.

His leadership extends well beyond practice. He has served as Chairman of committees at both the ICAI and the CA Association, and as Honorary Secretary of the CA Association, Ahmedabad — roles that reflect the trust and standing he holds within the professional community. He is also an active member of the Rotary Club, channelling the same commitment into civic and community service.

At Privi Realtors, this background is more than a credential. Jay’s command of taxation, cross-border investment, and regulatory frameworks is what allows the firm to operate as a genuine advisory practice rather than a conventional broker — guiding Indian and NRI investors through Dubai property acquisitions with full clarity on compliance, structuring, and tax efficiency.

His philosophy is simple: a luxury property purchase should also be a sound, fully compliant investment decision — and the two should never be separated.
